  When he finally called me back on a Saturday evening, he insisted that he had called and left multiple messages, none of which my neighbour and I received. Since he had just called me, showing that he did not have the wrong number the whole time, I could only assume that he was lying to cover what ever reason he had for not showing up.

  The business is advertised on yellow pages as servicing in Safty Bay area but the contract has no idea of our street name in the area (1 of the main streets in the area). He requested me to spell it out to him. The street name has 3 words, repeated myself 5 times for him to understand the 1st word, when spelt the first letter of its 2nd word, he got pissed off and hang up! Have your ears checked and learn to be more patient instead of making assumption people are idiots!
